What the world needs now is Love Sweet Love. This message has taken over my consciousness recently. So I've created a complimentary online circle to share loving resources, hold open conversations, and explore the nature of love. Together we can help each other take better care of ourselves and join together in community to share that love with one another.

Living In the Flow
Happiness is an inside job. It comes from knowing your souls purpose, following its guidance and expressing its energy. This is the Journey of Your Soul, your purpose for being here on earth.
It's my mission to assist you in awakening your inner soul powers so you can consciously live a more light-filled, peaceful, loving lifestyle. It is possible! It just takes assessing what's not working for you and discovering new tools and techniques to lead you where you want to be.
As we meet in individual sessions I am able to personalize meditations, guided imageries, and exercises to move you forward along your light-filled path.

I AM a Peaceful Living Guide whose intention is to help you discover your gifts and shine your light on a world in need.
It is my pleasure to meet you wherever you are on your journey; to guide, support and empower the authentic you so you can learn to live in the flow of life.
My background includes a Masters degree in transpersonal psychology and a Bachelor of Science in health education.
I am a graduate intern of the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Program at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, a certified clinical hypnotherapist, a graduate of the Center for Transformational Presence and have studied at Coach University.
Zen meditation is my practice, but I teach many types of mindfulness and meditation practices. Let's find one that works for you.
Stress management basics. This experiential workshop provides you with simple tools for coping with the everyday stressors in our lives. ½ hour program
Weekly meeting designed to teach & practice the art of mindfulness. Includes a 20-45 minute meditation practice. 2 hours
“Restoring Meaning & Purpose to Your Life”
An introductory workshop focusing on discovering the authentic self inside us all and learning how to live from that true self each day. Connect with inner values, simplify life, shed limiting beliefs and discover personal strengths. 4 hours
A 2-evening experiential workshop designed to help you first to discover your passion in life along with your true values. The second evening is focused on creating a plan, energizing your vision and developing the next steps to put your plan into action. 4 hours (total)
Tools & techniques to attain your life’s vision. Recognize the face you present to the world (personality) and discover the genuine you underneath (soul). Understand the nature of your obstacles in the form of beliefs, assumptions, and defenses. Identify tools for transformation. Transform your obstacles into allies. 4 hours
“Archetypes R Us”
Explore the language of archetypes, “models” of personality traits that have taken up residence in your being. Recognize the four archetypes common to us all. Learn about your archetypal journey of growth. Manage conversations with your archetypes. Reclaim the creative essence inside you and learn to live more meaningfully. 4 hours
“Hypnosis & Self Healing”
Explore the landscape of your subconscious through the use of gentle hypnotic techniques. Discover and learn the art of self hypnosis. 2 hours
A program of inner work using hypnotherapeutic techniques based on the work of C.G. Jung. IncludesL Emotional Clearing, Inner Child & Family Healing, Conference Room Technique for Inner Personalities, Past Life Regression, Connection with Guides.
