Whether we like it or not, the time has come to choose — and I invite you to choose the healing, illuminating power of the Light.

It’s been a while since my last blog post. Honestly, I’ve been sitting with what truly wants to be shared. As many of you know, my work has long centered around helping others navigate their shadows — inner child healing, hypnotherapy, soul coaching, and the sacred unraveling of trauma and stuck energies. It’s been deeply meaningful work, and yet… my soul has been whispering (okay, shouting!) for something more.

Many of you are still doing the profound work of shadow clearing — and I honor that with all my heart. There are so many gifted guides and modalities available to support that journey. If that’s where you are, follow your wisdom. Trust your own timing. You are exactly where you need to be.

As for me, I’ve reached a turning point. My inner compass now points toward the Light — the higher timeline, the soul path, the radiant field of love, joy, and unity that’s always been calling us home. The world, as you’ve probably noticed, is splitting. One path is steeped in fear, control, and disconnection. The other leads us into love, expansion, awakening and community.

I’m choosing the Light. And from this point forward, my work will reflect that path. I’ll be sharing inspirations, teachers, tools, and soul whispers that help us live from the inside out… to reconnect with our divine nature… to stay centered in love even when the outer world swirls with chaos. Some of it may feel a bit “out there.” And that’s okay. This journey is meant to stretch us, stir us, and surprise us.

If you’re curious, open, or just ready for something different — I’d love for you to walk this path with me. Who knows? You might discover a new practice, a spark of magic, or a reminder of something ancient and wise within you.

So take a deep breath. I hope you will journey on with an open mind, a light heart, and a joyful smile.
