Our groups will meet on

 

 We will meet for 6 weeks, April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5 & 12

Each meeting will include a:​
 

  • Welcome ~ A 15 minute Guided Imagery Meditation
     

  • Talking circle for those who want to share their experience.

We can all use some quiet time to center ourselves in this challenging moment of our lives. This is something I want to freely offer to all. 

 

GIVE YOURSELF the GIFT OF PEACE and join us for a gentle, relaxing hour/week. 

 

Let's join together ONLINE to share some mindful, peaceful time together as we each learn to quiet our body, mind and spirit.

We will begin with a 15 minute relaxing guided imagery meditation, followed by a talking circle for those who would like to share their experience. 

​

Each week (for 6 weeks) we'll do a different mindful-based guided imagery meditation.
