Peace is an Inside Job
My simple wish for you is that you always remember that you have the ability to create peace in your life. Here are some easy actions for you.
1. Enter the stillness
Make some time to relax in a quiet space without interruption, every day. Choose a mindful attitude by simply observing your inner and outer realities without judgment. Give yourself permission to just be exactly who you are in this moment in time.

2. Be gratitude
Choose an attitude of gratitude for all that you are, all that you have, and for the world around you. Each day, write 3 simple things you are grateful for in a gratitude journal or notebook. You will be amazed at how your perception of the world changes.

3. Continually ask yourself, “What am I learning from this situation?”
No matter what is happening in your world there is a lesson to be learned. Perhaps you are learning patience, or humility. You may not be able to see it yet, but each lesson is a gift. Give thanks for all the gifts you are receiving.

4. Give
Random acts of kindness add light to our world. Each time you give of yourself you feel better about yourself. This is one of the easiest ways to move yourself out of sadness or depression.

Mindfulness
is the key to living a more peaceful life and coming together with others enhances the energy of the group.

Mindfulness is a practice of noticing whatever is going on inside or around you and learning to accept it just as it is without judgment, which is the first step on the path of peace.
You will learn various mindful techniques including breathwork, meditation, journaling, dreamwork, attentional focusing, and physical practices.
